Brandy Marine International has been involved with the project since its planning stages in 2003 and has named to manage Marina Papagayo. Brandy Marine will manage the marina's 24/7 concierge service for all transient, seasonal, and annual customers. Some specific services will include transportation anywhere in the marina as well as off-site, and full-service food and beverage accommodation. Included in the slip fee, boaters receive water, cable TV, and WiFi, as well as pump out services.

This fall Brandy Marine begins construction of a 100,000-square-foot marina village, which includes a ship store, full-service spa, residences, boutique shops, and restaurants. Future construction plans also include an on-site Customs and Immigration office, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, private bath suites, a 200-unit dry storage facility for boats up to 35 feet, and a fuel dock.
